By accessing or using NestEgg.Global's website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and NestEgg.Global. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

NestEgg.Global provides professional document preparation and business formation facilitation services. Our services include: • Preparation of business formation documents (Articles of Organization, Operating Agreements, etc.) • Coordination with registered agents in various jurisdictions • Filing coordination with government authorities • EIN application assistance • Banking introduction services (select packages) • Annual compliance and renewal services We are NOT a law firm and do NOT provide legal advice. You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You represent that all information you provide to us is accurate, complete, and current. You agree to update your information promptly if it changes.

Orders are accepted when you complete our online intake process and payment is received. Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. The price in effect at the time of your order will apply to that order. Payment is due in full at the time of order. We accept major credit cards, ACH bank transfer, and wire transfer. All payments are processed securely through our payment processor. Government filing fees are included in our all-inclusive packages as stated. State fees for domestic formations are listed separately where applicable.

We offer a full refund if we are unable to complete your formation due to circumstances within our control. Once your formation documents have been filed with the relevant government authority, refunds are not available as government fees are non-refundable. If you cancel your order before filing has been submitted, you may be eligible for a partial refund less any preparation fees already incurred. Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to request a cancellation.

You are responsible for: • Providing accurate and complete information for your formation • Complying with all applicable laws, including IRS reporting requirements for offshore entities • Maintaining your entity in good standing (annual reports, registered agent fees, etc.) • Consulting qualified legal and tax professionals regarding your specific situation • Ensuring your use of the formed entity complies with all applicable laws NestEgg.Global is not responsible for any consequences arising from your failure to comply with applicable laws or maintain your entity properly.

All content on the NestEgg.Global website — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of NestEgg.Global and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NESTEGG.GLOBAL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO NESTEGG.GLOBAL FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NestEgg.Global and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: your use of our services, your violation of these terms, your violation of any applicable law, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Wyoming. You waive any right to a jury trial or class action.

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
